Ashley Dubois is a 500 hour Prana Vinyasa teacher, who offers meditative & energetic flow practices connected to nature, rhythm, & sound. Her deep understanding of the physical and subtle body intersects with a lifelong passion for expressive movement, athletics, philosophy, & psychology.

Ashley’s trauma-informed classes seek to empower students to connect with their embodied presence, and get curious about their own inner teacher. She offers unique progressions through yoga poses using intelligent sequencing & alignment, to assist students of all-levels and abilities deepen their practice. Ashley has studied at schools of vinyasa flow, yin, and kundalini- completing her RYT-300 through Shiva Rea’s Samudra Global School of Living Yoga, in Denver CO. Her teachings root from Krishnamacharya lineage, Tantra, Ayurveda, and body-positive holistic wellness.

Off the mat, you will find this yogini traveling, creating, cooking, running, spending time with family, and working as an eating disorder counselor. Ashley also holds a Bachelors of English Literature, a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, and certification to teach English as a second language. She considers herself a lifelong student & teacher.
