Join Devon and Katie for a rejuvenating exploration into the Lunar Arts.

Reset your system and cultivate fluid, grounding Prana Flow and Yin Yoga.

The Lunar Arts Immersion is a training that will feel like a massage for your inner system. Learn to practice and teach Lunar Prana Vinyasa and breath-based Yin Yoga practices bring the power of slow flow movement meditation, guided meditation with wisdom teachings.

Enjoy a journey into dynamic and still practices that invite radical relaxation. Utilizing the lunar arts of Yin Yoga and Lunar Prana vinyasa, we will enjoy a multi-dimensional approach to cultivation of simple practices for regeneration and natural meditative states.

Lunar Prana Vinyasa is a sequence of slow flow vinyasa designed to inspire inner listening and entering movement meditation. Yin Yoga is a passive, breath oriented meditation on stillness and the natural inner pulse. Both of these practices harness the roots and evolution of yogic theory to bring a somatic, fluid intelligence, movement positive, regenerative approach to regenerating your nervous system.

Join Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider and 500 E-RYT, Devon Sweeney, to learn the art of teaching and embodying the universal and accessible Yin yoga and vinyasa, connecting to the intelligent flow of healing the body through the relationship between stillness, breath and tension release. Devon’s synthesis based approach to the practice and teaching of Yin yoga honors and moves beyond the classical perspective, honoring new paradigms of modern behavioral psychology, classical and tantric yoga and pranayama, movement therapies, and neurological/physiological stress management techniques.
