About this Module:

Spanning 4 weekends, this is our biggest and most thorough 300 Hour Teacher Training Module. This module is open to anyone, but an extensive personal practice and/or 200 hour yoga teacher training is highly recommended. A great option for teachers seeking continuing who want to learn more about the art of energetic alignment, sequencing, and creative vinyasa flow facilitation.

Teaching vinyasa is an art that requires a teacher to develop related tools using their voice, hands-on assists, observation and energetic awareness to provide guidance that facilitates the state of flow of a class. Learn the art of teaching Prana Vinyasa in this empowering and evolutionary vinyasa training. You will embody the energetic flow of yoga on and off the mat, deepen your practice, and learn to share vinyasa for all levels.

You will explore the many dimensions of creating a soul-inspiring class; guiding the microcosm of your students to experience healing connection to the whole. This approach to teaching encourages an evolutionary journey into living yoga as we begin to heal the body of our life through the empowerment of a full spectrum practice. We will emphasize teaching from a flow-state to translate this integrative practice to our students.

You will receive:

Manual Workbook, access to online resource library and Mandala of Asanas.
