We are so excited to host a community practice circle at Moovment House on Monday evenings from 6:30-8pm.
Moovment House is connected to and partnered with the 6th Avenue United Church of Christ, an open and affirming community. This historic building offers a rich Denver history, housing many local non-religious organizations over its many years. The naturally-lit space was a gymnasium in the 1930’s, and still provides the storied remnants in its wood floors. It is located in the beautiful, tree-lined Cherry Creek neighborhood, just South of Congress Park.
This is a 90 minute all levels vinyasa class with Devon that is totally donation based. All are welcome. Come as you are to practice movement alchemy.
